I could use an answer if anybody has one. I have a stealth cam and keep getting picks of bushes and nothing else. I made sure that no sticks and such in the trigger area but keep comeing up dry. I think that the area I am setting up on sucks and the cam starts snapping pics because it is board. What do you think?

Either the wind is blowing and triggering the camera, or if you have it set on a game trail the animal could be past by the time of the picture.  If you set it up on a trail you have to face it up or down the trail to get good pictures, the only way it works good straight on is if its on a water source or something that nature where they will be standing still for a few seconds.....were they nice bushes at least? How big?

I'm going with the bored camera.  Depending on trigger sensitivity, a slight breeze blowing stuff a ways in front of the camera can trip it.  I have lots of pictures of mesquite trees, brush and cactus.  I've turned it into an art form. lol

What Camera is it? It is either wind or trigger speed.

Its a Stealth cam and it is set to almost the lowest sensitivity. It is pointed north west in line with the trail so an animal would need to really be bookin it to not get caught. I placed it about 4.5 feet off the ground and there are no sticks, leaves, butterflies, raindeer crap. etc.. in front of it. I suppose it could pick up the grass blowing in the wind or a bird that flys buy. Other than that, im back with the bored camera.

Have you just setup the camera in a room to test it???

I set it up in a room to check the IR and I also put it in the back yard. It worked in both cases even though the trigger speed could have been better.

It had to have been grass and the wind.
