Back in March, I made a trip out to Bass Pro and was just going to browse and check out the store. I ended up coming across the Hybrid Illuminator pack by RedHead. I have been looking for this pack on sale for awhile and finally found it! I looked the pack over in hand and it was what I was wanting. I ended up purchasing the pack and was now looking to get the attachment pouches to use for my smaller gear that i need quick access to.
When I returned to the store last week, I looked around and saw that they no longer had the pouches on display. I asked a rep for some help and he asked if i was needing 2 new pouches due to damage to the originals that came with the pack, or if i just wanted extra space, so then he directed me to a slightly larger pouch for a cheaper price of the combined smaller 2. This got me thinking..."original 2?" I told him that I did not get any pouches with the pack when I first bought it. He pulled up the display catalog and asked if this was the exact pack i purchased, and it was. He said it was standard that that pack came with 2 small detachable pouches. He said next time im in, to bring the pack and head over to customer service, or I could call or email from home.
Well I got a minute today, so I live chatted a rep for Bass Pro and explained the info i listed above. They confirmed the pack and what the purchase included and said they were going to submit an order to have rthe 2 pouches sent out to me immediately. All they asked were camo pattern please and after that, no questions asked and no troubles at all. Very helpful and smooth resolution. The pouches should be in the mail within the next 10 business days. I am pretty satisfied with their level of customer service.
