Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to get a critical mass of hunters together for a weekly group training session in the Denver metro area. I'm thinking there are other hunters out there right now busting there butts to get in shape, and it would be great to pull some of us together.  I imagine these being mostly running, or hiking excursions since everyone on here owns a pair of athletic shoes and a backpack.  This is super last minute, but our first run is tonight.  If you can't join us this week, keep checking back and I'll update the trail information for next.

I've created a blog-site to post locations and times for weekly training sessions.

Post on the blog or here if you're interested.  Hope to see you there!

Hope everyone got some training in this weekend. I ran some mile intervals and stadium stair and got to the gym both days. Shooting everyday is the routine and man it feels good to have tight groups!

Were you able to get this going?  What exercises are you incorporating?  My husband and I are both runners, he is getting going and Im a half marathoner so running and endurace, we are in pretty good shape.  Its (for me) upper body that I need more then anything else....suggestions??  We dont live anywhere near a gym, so it would be home based stuff I can do that would be best.

Thanks!!!!
