I have never heard of them. Have you actually tried the scope out? I always recommend you test the one you want to buy for eye relief and to see if it's exactly what you are looking for. They do have a good review here:
Looks like a nice scope for the money, but what do I know, I bought mine used for $50 and it works great! If you do get one, do a follow up review on it. I'd love to read about it.

Thanks for the input. I have looked thru them and they have good eye relief, but I was viewing thru them at the Phx Sports Expo in the stadium. I am not sure if 30 power is enough. I have 15 power binos and didn't know if the 30 power spotting scope would make that much difference? I have heard good things about Minox but have never owned any of there glass. thanks again for your input.
Minox is a great German company that is well recieved with bird watchers. In every review performed by Bird Watchers Digest Minox has come out with favorable reviews near the top of the pack. The MD-50 is verylight weight and with the scope set at 25 power your still holding a 2.5mm exit pupel, not bad for a hunting unit.
Remember one thing about optics, clarity and resolution are far more important than magnification. Having a 30 power high side is going to be wonderful out in the field as long as the clarity of the unit is up to the challange. For example of this I was recently testing a spotting scope for a customer of mine on targets that were 4 to 5 miles in the distance. The scope we were using was the Leupold Golden Ring HD 12-40X60 and we were able to make out the image of people walking along a nature trail. To compair I also brought along a pair of Swarovski EL 10X42 Swarovision's. The 10 power Swaro's we able to pick up more detail in the people than the Spotting scope set at 40 power. How is this possable? Clairty and resolution.
