Pre scouting with trail cams 2011

My dad and I set our first trail cams out this last Monday(07-04). Archery deer starts in mid Aug and my Archery elk hunt starts in mid Sep. We found a G&F water catch with some really good sign even as we were walking down to it we kicked a pretty nice buck out of his bed. Hopefully we will have some good pic's.

Wish I knew how to post pics on this thing. We checked the camera this last Friday and had 422 pics on it, 236 were of deer. This is the only water source in the area, there is a stock tank about 3 miles away but it is dry right now.

I posted pics on my page here and on FB (Jared Tippit)

Jared, here is how to post pics.

  1. Create a new topic or reply to one.
  2. Menu bar under BODY - the fourth icon over is for photos (Insert/Edit Image). Click there.(to the right of the smiley face)
  3. Click Upload / Select File
  4. At the top of the window click on Upload.
  5. Then click Browse and find the photo on your computer.
  6. Click the photo, then click the Open Button.
  7. Click Upload.
  8. Then click Insert selected image.
