PSE sues Diamond in legal battle over patent

Read this today and thought I'd throw it out there for everyone to discuss. (I am paraphrasing here) - Looks like PSE is suing Diamond over the use of Compound Bow with Preloaded Limbs. Sure, some will look at this and say that the Nuclear Ice (the bow in question) is a children's bow. Read the lawsuit (it's short and sweet) and give us your take on the situation.

Personally, I think Pete Shepley (PSE) got the patent and has every right to protect his patent. I would say this of ANY manufacturer. If they hold a patent and someone else uses their patented product, than the company using said product should have to pay the patent holder.
