Who goes through all the trouble

Yes that is a golf cart in the trees or near them they took some industrail store racks then set the golf cart on top of that to use as a make shift tree stand they had to carry it all in no roads to get close lots of work. Think i would have put up a climber

Pretty foolish for sure. I don't know if that is on forest land but if so they need cited for littering. Not sure about everyone else but I don't want to see that junk in our forests.

Looks like you have some Rednecks in the area. That's a lot of effort to put into a makeshift blind. That doesn't stand out at all (sarcasm). Here you have to take down your treestands and blinds after the season closes. that would suck to take down and set up each year.
