I love to hunt,fish and camp. But hunting is my true passion. I fish mainly during the summer time, winter ice fishing is just a little to boring for me. We do a fair amount of RV camping with our 5th wheel camper. But these days we don't travel as far as we use to due to the outragious fuel prices. Hunting is where my heart is and archery is my prefered method.
I spent 20 years of my life working for Parker Hannifin Pump Div. in Otsego. But I had my fill of 6 & 7 day mandatory work weeks. Declining vacation request because they couldn't afford to have someone missing from the work cell. And basiclly the total lack of respect for their employee's with no real future in sight. Some thought I was crazy to, but I left that job to pursue work in the hunting industry. It's been real slow going but I feel confident that it will work out some day. I just hope it's sooner than later.
Currently I'm the Regional Pro Staff Manager for Mossy Oak Camo and Montana Decoy in Michigan. Pro Staff member for PSE Archery, Ameristep, EZ Access Gear, Team Fitzgerald Pro Staff & DIYbowhunter Field Staff. Along with those things I'm also a certified archery technician, archery instructor and NAPS's instructor. Plus a life member of the North American Hunting Club. It may be a reach but I aspire to have my own hunting show someday focusing on kids and pimping out a hunt for them with me.
